Our spirals are strong one piece welded together stairways. The on-off positions are pre-engineered for your home. They are custom made to your exact floor to floor height. Our experienced craftsman use fixtures and special tooling to locate the steps in each spiral.

The steel treads are closed on top and have a return on three sides. A solid torsion bar joins all steps into one unit. Solid pickets attach the handrail to the torsion bar. One piece spirals are strong and durable with clean smooth lines.

All welded construction is stronger.


Features Include:
  • Space saving design. Needs only one-half the space of a conventional staircase. Available in 3'9", 4'3", 5'0", 5'3", 5'9", 6'3", 7'0" and 8'0" diameters.
  • Left or right hand spirals custom built to fit your needs.
  • Sturdy and fireproof with slip resistant treads that are easily covered with carpet.
  • Choose from standard black or have it custom painted.
  • Variety of decorative banister, railing, and ornamentation designs. Custom designs also available.
  • Steel handrails are available with extruded vinyl.
  • Typical stairways can be turned through a 30" or 36" door.
  • Easy as buying furniture for your home. The stairways can be shipped or picked up at the factory

Typical weight of a Spiral Stair is about 350 pounds. It can be turned through a door 36" wide. Installation time is about 45 minutes.
